Each capsule contains 92.4mg of Royal Jelly (6%Active HDA) the equivalent of 252mg of fresh Royal Jelly; 5mg of Natural Vitamin E; 50mg of Beeswax; 20mg of Lecithin and encapsulating aids. No artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
